Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

1. Contact us at scontactdesk@sibylscott.fans with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item to the address we provide.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different design, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged through normal wear and tear
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
